However, the applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is validated. Delivery charges are indicated before final order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 5 \u2013 ORDER<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their basket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The order becomes final after:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shopping cart validation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A confirmation email is sent to the customer after the order has been validated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ylan\u00e9a reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, suspicion of fraud or failure to pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 6 \u2013 PAYMENT<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is made online via the payment methods offered on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments are secure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The order is considered effective after validation of payment by the relevant banking institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ARTICLE 7 \u2013 DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery times are given as an indication only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of a significant delay, the customer will be informed by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ylan\u00e9a cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the package and report any anomalies within 48 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 8 \u2013 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise this right, the customer must send their class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>unopened;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not used;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in their original packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in perfect condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For hygiene and health protection reasons, opened, used or unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is attributable to Ylan\u00e9a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 9 \u2013 LEGAL GUARANTEES<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The products benefit from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>of the legal guarantee of conformity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>of the legal guarantee against hidden defects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer can contact customer service for any complaint related to a product defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 10 \u2013 LIABILITY<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ylan\u00e9a cannot be held responsible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>from misuse of the products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>of an allergic reaction related to improper use;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>of damage resulting from a fault of the client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is the customer's responsibility to check the composition of the products before use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ARTICLE 11 \u2013 PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The personal data collected is processed in accordance with applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data (GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The information collected
